3. Pricing & Availability
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Product availability depends on stock and demand. Raaga Clothing reserves the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at its discretion.
4. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. Eligible refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our policies.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Raaga Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged products or incorrect items delivered.
To be eligible:
- A 360-degree unboxing video must be recorded
- Request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
Requests without unboxing proof or raised after 24 hours will not be accepted.
All other cases — including size issues, colour preference, or change of mind — are not eligible for return or exchange.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, logos, text, and content associated with Raaga Clothing are protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or misuse is strictly prohibited.
8. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping address and contact information. Raaga Clothing is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect details shared by the customer.
