Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Damaged product received
- Incorrect item delivered
No other reasons will be considered for return or exchange.
Mandatory Proof Requirement
To be eligible, customers must provide:
- A clear 360-degree unboxing video
- Video must start from the sealed package opening
- Product should be shown completely in the video
This proof is mandatory for verification.
Time Limit to Raise Request
Return or exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Requests raised after 24 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Product Condition Requirements
To qualify for return/exchange:
- Product must be unused
- Must be in original packaging
- Tags and folds must be intact
Used, washed, altered, or damaged-after-use products will not be accepted.
Non-Eligible Cases
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Size issues
- Colour difference due to screen resolution
- Personal dislike or change of mind
- Delay in delivery
- Sale or discounted products
- Customized or stitched orders
Quality & Colour Disclaimer
We make every effort to display saree colours and designs accurately. However, minor variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or device display settings. Such variations are natural and not considered defects.
Approval Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- Exchange will be processed for the same product (if available)
- If unavailable, store credit or alternative resolution may be provided at our discretion
